GreatScott - A cool channel with weekly(!) projects/hacks. Focused more on circuits, less on microcontrollers.
Bitluni’s Lab - A lot of different things, all pretty cool. Some tutorials focused on ESP32, BLE, etc.
Afrotechmods - Really great for beginners in particular, with good explanations of basic electronics and projects. Sadly not active anymore.
EEVblog - Much more in depth, engineering questions.
Big Clive - Teardowns of consumer products
Mike’s electric stuff - Lots of eclectic electric stuff.
